Q: How do I get started using XY Talent Hub?
A: Create your free Employer Account here so you can create and publish one or more job offers.
Q: I don’t want my name to appear in a job ad. Can I post job offers anonymously?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Where will my job offer be advertised?
A: Once published, your job offer will appear on our publicly visible Jobs Board web page and the XY Platform.
Job seekers will find your job via the Jobs Board feed or by searching for specific keywords. They will be able to read the full job offer and reach out and apply directly to you.
Q: How will I receive applications from candidates?
A: Once an applicant reaches out via the Jobs Board, you will receive an email notification straight to your inbox to commence the recruitment process. We will send all correspondence to the email you used to create your XY Talent Hub Employer-Account.
Q: How long will my job advertisement stay active?
A: Your job offer has no time limit or expiry date. It will remain active and publicly visible until you fill the position or close the ad from your XY Talent Hub Employer-Account.
Q: How do I attract quality candidates?
A: A great way to attract quality candidates is to think like a candidate. Craft your job offer to answer any of these questions a candidate may be thinking about when reading your job ad:
Make your job offer clear and concise, and use prescriptive language that focuses on an ideal candidate’s attributes, personality and skills rather than simply focusing on the tasks required for the job.
