A great way to attract quality candidates is to think like a candidate. Craft your job offer to answer any of these questions a candidate may be thinking about when reading your job ad:

- What can I expect from this employer?
- What does this employer expect from me? What tasks will I be responsible for?
- Does this employer value their staff?
Make your job offer clear and concise, and use prescriptive language that focuses on an ideal candidate’s attributes, personality and skills rather than simply focusing on the tasks required for the job.
