You will also be responsible for the:

Onboarding and assisting advisers and their support staff with any queries
Engage with internal stakeholders on support issues and processes
Delivering either face-to-face or webinar-based training sessions
Xplan Site administration
Document coding and workflow maintenance
Identify and implement changes to business systems and processes
Data conversion migration projects and data testing
Bulk data updates
Maintaining data feeds and responding to queries
Completing details financial modelling and strategy assessment in XPLAN
Engage with key stakeholders on proposed deliverables for projects
Plan and manage phases of the software development lifecycle for a variety of advice projects

Skills and experience

The successful applicant must be:

Relevant tertiary qualification or RG 146 Compliance highly regarded but not essential.
Extensive experience with Xplan
Demonstrated ability to assess areas for process improvement and implement advice technology solutions
A positive attitude towards your work and focus on continuous improvement
Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated ability to manage an array of tasks
Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in a clear and engaging manner
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Great interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to use initiative and judgement in problem solving situations
Flexible and able to adapt to change
Committed to timely delivery and delivering exceptional customer service
